Hi and welcome to my second tutorial on how to get a whip scam. It's very simple to do, but it require 600-700k in cash.

Step one.
Go to a world with many people in it. (Try 2,6,9,12) Now buy either a 4 Torag's Hammer or 4 Dragon Battleaxe. I will explain why you need four.

Step two.
Go up to a random Runescape player that is Wielding a whip. Try the lower levels because the higher one might have more experience. Now tell them "Hi, can I kill you in the wilderness with only your whip on?" If they say why, tell them its for a Pk video. If they say no, then move on, if they say yes, awesome.

Step three.
Tell them to only bring a whip. Okay, go to the wilderness and bring along the 4 dragon battleaxe or Torag's Hammer NOTED!!!! You'll need four because they might use protect item. Tell them to turn their auto retaliate off. Tell them let me get you down to a loew hp. Take them down to about 10-15hp. Now say let me get my camera loaded. After saying that, drop your Dragon battleaxes or Torag's Hammer. Wait and soon they'll see the items and pick it up. Once they do kill them. They'll eventually drop the whip smile.gif If they did not protect you'll recieve a whip and one of the item you dropped.

I'm sure you can do this too.
