RSCEmulation is newly born RuneScape Classic private server that has quickly grown and progressed to be one of the most advanced, populated and developed RSC private servers out there. Launched on 24th August, 2009, we already have close to 2,000 registered game accounts and regularly see over 70 players online at one time.

All of our eleven staff are mature, level-headed and completely unbiased towards friend or foe. You will not be discriminated against, and no staff member will ever shove their authority down your throat. Many players like yourself have already 'made the switch' to RSCEmulation because the community, game-play and everything else is truly unique whilst still keeping the original RSC feel. RSCEmulation has been subtly tweaked, altered and improved whilst still remaining as close to RSC as possible. We have a clear set of rules that are strongly enforced, although to this day we only have a very low amount of banned players. Our community is very welcoming, regardless of your RSC experience or how long you've been playing. We have many old RSC faces, as well having many RS2 players who are playing RuneScape Classic for the first time. Everyone is welcomed and treated equally.

We're a medium rate server with the experience-rate being 15 times the rate of RSC. This increases to 20 times when you gain XP in the wilderness, which is a very popular addition as it keeps the wilderness active. The wilderness state can be changed from F2P to P2P on-the-fly by an administrator when requested.













The most important point to mention is that we listen to players. If you think we're doing something wrong, or think that something could be done better, simply tell us and we will be sure to take your thoughts on-board. In the last 3 days we have implemented over 40 community voted suggestions and updates and will continue doing so. We're an actively developed project and will continue growing and continue being updated.

As per the poll results I have implemented the latest Angel combat formula which includes separating the PvP and PvE formulas into two different formulas. I don't know if this is any better or worse as I didn't personally ever try it but after a while we can have another poll and see how everyone is finding the change.

The IRC <> Game Communication has been changed slightly, few bug fixes, more functionality, etc.

I've also increased the XP rate as it seems the general opinion was that its too slow. The new XP rate is now:

Non-subscriber XP: 8x
Non-subscriber XP (Wilderness): 11x

Subscriber XP: 11x
Subscriber XP (Wilderness): 14x
