Don't be dull when you rate someone's stuff! Put a little effort into it, now!

Don't bash them rudely, simply if you don't like it, rate it with what you believe it deserves, and back it up with a way he/she can improve!

Good example(Bad rating):

4/10, I say you should level your Woodcutting up, it is a great source of money, and by doing this, you could easily level other skills up!

Good example(Good rating):

9/10, Keep up the good work! This is amazing, and I hope to see you making progress within the near future! Great job (man, if it is a male)

Bad example(bad rating):

0/10, Dude, omfg, my fucking grandmother could do better than that, what the hell. I hope you're happy, your a disgrace to our community.

Good example(Bad rating):

3/10, Good luck to you in the future, the account/item is poor at the moment, but I'm sure you could, metaphorically, turn that frown upside down!

Very nice guide! I've seen a lot of people rating the wrong way on different websites. Hopefully this way no one will cause fights onto the community, =)!
