Befor i start this is NOT my guide i take No credit for it whatso ever all credit goes to dragonbeast25 but i thought it was good so i posted it here.

To start you need:

50-100 Red Chins
2 People(1 with 85+ mage and the other with at least ice blitz, both must also wear minimum gear[dds, climbing boots, rune gloves and glory should be good])
A victim with a whip
A multi-combat area.

Step 1: Find a victim with a whip and ask him/her if he/she wants to be in a pk vid.
Step 2: If they say yes, tell them to only bring 3 items. If they say no, find a new one
Step 3: Once you get to a multi-combat zone(in the wild), tell them to turn auto retaliate on and then give the 50 red chins.
Step 4: Have ONE person attack the victim and the other person stand next to the other lurer.
Step 5: If the person has auto retaliate on, he will attack the person who attacked him with the red chins. But since red chins can attack multiple targets if in a multi-combat zone, he will also hit the person not attacking him, causing him to skull.
Step 5: TB and Blitz him then dispose of as wished
Ok well this sounds pretty good ill try and make a vid soon so see if it acctually works, feel free to add your own vids if you make one

Yep this works It happened to me but wasn't sure how it happened lol i got skulled for attacking a guy im sure attacked me :P

Rather old now, but still works perfectly. I just recommend you disguise the other person as something random (maybe a looter)
